The property is being renovated so there wasn't much traffic or many guests. They put me in the very back of the hotel in an area with poor lightning and I was traveling alone with two small children. I noticed that they did not authorize the $50 hold but actually withdrew the money from my account and when I inquired about the return of my authorization hold, I was told it will take 10-14 days to return, I work as a front desk agent so I know 10-14 business days is exceedingly longer than average return time. The continental breakfast was below par,the best thing about it was apple juice and waffles. Need less to say, I will not book here again!

Hotel was okay to a point, but I would rather sleep in my car.

Specifically the carpet flooring and baseboards and nooks and crannies yielded a handful of dirt , and debris when I vacuumed it myself.

The property was under construction and my room was not clean at all.

The room was nasty. Had hair in the shower the sink in around the toilet stains on the carpet. I was not happy with the room at all.

Hotel staff wasnt friendly, breakfast continental was good, to much train noise and in middle of property construction
