I needed a bottom room. The one available had a person staying in it. Had to use stairs for second floor. I use a cane...no help with luggage. Should have gone elsewhere.

Arived and someone already had od'd on drugs. The pics were very misleading. The whole place had the worst smell and every wall, floor and everything else was discusting like a homeless camp.I did not feel safe and nobody was noce or helpful. On top of all of that, I did not get a refunded had to pay more and go somewhere else.

The pictures looked good. But after 11 hours drive one would love to arrive to a clean, non-smoking hotel. The lobby was ok but the rooms were unacceptable. Dirty mattress box, hairdryer with some unknown sticky stuff and the nasty smell that was attempted to be covered with a too strong detergent. Unclean and didn’t give a sense of safety vey disappointed

Carpet stained and sticky nothing been updated still the same as it was 15years ago

This is the 2nd time the hotel booked through Expedia has been unsatisfactory. The property amenities didn’t exist as the first reservation, & this one had a roach in the refrigerator . I probably will not use Expedia again.

Can’t believe Expedia lists this hotel! If it’s below 5 out of 10, should Expedia not do business with such a hotel?! Left without staying! It’s a horrible place. So dirty the tub is black. The bed sinks in with hollow part in the middle. The smell from the lobby to room is so wired and makes you sick! It took us two minutes to run away from this hotel, even without our money back. This is THE most horrible hotel there is!
