Don’t judge a book by its cover… this property is undergoing major renovations. From first impressions the outside looks run down and derelict… however it is being prepped for a fresh coat of paint and total refresh. The lobby area/reception and dining area has already been completed, as have the majority of the rooms which compare to other lower priced properties like a Hampton or Comfort Inn. The only real complaints I have are: No refrigerator or microwave in room. Hot water was non existent my first day however that was fixed by the second day. The pool was also closed due to the renovations so that was a huge negative with the Nashville heat. The staff was excellent and the renovation workers were considerate of the guests and kept the construction noise to a minimum. This property is a 10 minute drive to Broadway and a $15.00 Uber ride. For less than $75.00 a night for a 2 Queen Room you really can’t go wrong . The continental breakfast is very basic, howler there is a Waffle House on the property and a Cracker Barrel a 2 minute walk away do breakfast is easily accessible.

Well to start with the smell inside the lobby was horrible. The gentleman behind the desk was nice and friendly. Good service from him. When we went to the room there was a musty smell. The mattress needs to be in the garbage. The stains,the rips,cigarette burns and the coils must have been broken as the mattress has a bug sag in it. To bad i cant attach pictures of it. Also looked like low income housing. Also the front awning looks like its falling down. I dont know how you would say that its a good place to stay. Not worth the stars it has received. Very disappointed with this hotel. STAY AWAY

Glad I had a discount. Not exactly up to par and felt u safe. The bed was caved in, bathroom was gross, trimming hanging off

While the room itself was not bad the bathroom was a mess. The tub had a mat in it to cover the worn area and it did not fit. Felt like you were rocking back and forth. The toilet seat was broken, and the floor was not clean.
