"Great location for afternoon sun, good size etc. Had an issue when asking if we could have some extra towels, simple request made 3 times, only to finally to get a very unhelpful lady of the phone. Just a case of poor skills with communication, and rudeness. Appears the turnaround time of customers is too tight for the cleaners, as we felt the cleanliness was substandard when when we arrived, also mold in showers and lack of care apparent. "We enjoyed staying at the Mirage. The view from the balcony was very beautiful. Had underground parking. Lifts to the buildings. The food at the restaurant was also good. Nice variety for the buffet. 5 min drive to Airlie lagoon & the shops. "
