The morning of January 3, the reception clerk was friendly and very helpful, assisting us with using the lobby printer to print out some important documents (though the ink was low and she seemed uncertain about where to find another ink cartridge if it was needed). The reception clerk the evening of January 2 was less helpful when we asked about walkable dining options, failing to mention a nearby Mexican...
