They were just changing ownership so the place was a but of a mess. The staff was very nice and friendly, but I'm glad I got there early to check in because it took over an hour for them to find my reservation through expedia, and to send me a new link and have me pay via another link.

Went to an event at Harvey’s and opted to stay here because that night a room at Harvey’s was 300. I was very surprised how nice the rooms were for the price. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was updated except the fan/ac unit. When turned on it sounded like there was a motorcycle in the room with us. So we just slept without it and opened the window. It was cool at night. So no big deal. Definitely recommend, it’s very close to the whole strip and there’s a little Mexican restaurant next to it. Very convenient!

Hotel was walking distance to the casinos. Tiny pool, NO HOT TUB. Room was small but cozy. Clean. Heater worked great. Tiny shower, no tub. No counter space in bathroom. Had everything else needed.. refrigerator, microwave, TV, iron & board. Desk with rolling chair. Check in was quick & easy, friendly. No one at front desk several times when needed. Have a beach voucher, was not told by hotel. Would have saved us $50! Overall, was a good stay. My son loved the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Threatened by management

Such an unfortunate experience. The owner double charged me (seemed to be on purpose) then locked me out of the office when I went to go ask if he could refund the one half. He ignored my calls for 3 weeks until I finally had to file a dispute on my credit card. He left me a voicemail today threatening me because I filed a dispute. His threats will be taken seriously and have already been sent to local police, Hotels.com, and American Express so he can’t be a merchant with them for much longer. His threatening voicemail will be posted on yelp and anywhere else that it can be posted to save others from this scam. Also the hotel was very dirty upon arrival.
