Check in fine, if you don't mind looking at your host's big belly through a hole, the size of a football, in his shirt! Host himself appears to be a bit shy and you have to do most of the talking, although the dog is very friendly. Whilst clean and comfortable the motel needs a lot of long overdue maintenance and the noise from the taps in particular are something else. Restaurant is not open at the moment, however breakfast and dinner are available in the rooms. This is the second time we have stayed here and the economical cost and the outstanding food (delivered on time) make the stay OK.

Rooms good size. Clean and tidy. Staff friendly.parking great. Pool very nice. Bbq needed a clean up

Just before Kempsey Flooded!

Restaurant and Bar not open, however meals could be ordered and delivered to room....both of us enjoyed the meals provided, both in the evening and at breakfast. Overall stay/food cost economical.

Welcoming manager. Delicious home cooked meal for dinner. Wifi good, shower good and comfortable bed.

Good value, clean, with thoughtful inclusions. Great place to overnight on the road trip back to Sydney
