The staff were friendly and took very good care of us. We had a small issue with the first room we were placed in and they resolved it for us immediately!

The sheets seems to be clean and the room was reasonably wiped down but many places were missed. The room was smelly. It’s a bit run down. The elevator was disgusting - sticky and smelly. Many Comfort Inns are much better than this one. Wouldn’t stay here again especially for the price.

We have had a problem with a couple of housekeepers taking shortcuts and not cleaning their rooms properly. I am currently in the process of interviewing new staff in the housekeeping department. We are working hard on deep cleaning and doing maintenance on our rooms. We are shampooing carpets, upholstered chairs, sofas, mattresses and painting walls with paint chips and scuff marks. I do apologize for the elevator. AQ housekeeper must have taken out a bag of trash that leaked in the floor and didn't let the houseman know so he coulld have scrubbed the floor.

Our room was not what I thought it would be. The bed was to small for a queen size. The bathroom wasn't the best. A little paint job wouldn't hurt. I was very disappointed

I apologize you were not satisfied with the size of your bed. Not knowing your last name or room number I can't determine if you actually had a Queen size bed. All of our rooms on the front side of the building has Queen or King size beds. As far as the painting goes, we are working on the rooms we can get into. them. We hope to get them all done by Christmas.

I only had one problem with this hotel. That issue was my room smelled like dogs lived there. If your hotel is going to allow pets (very honorable) and have designated rooms for guests with pets PLEASE remove the carpets from those rooms. Laminate floors would be ideal. They are don’t retain odors or stains like carpet. The staff were very friendly including the housekeeping crew!

I apologize your room had a odor. We usually have our carpets shampooed every 3 months but the last time the company cleaned the carpets they did a very poor job. We recently purchased a carpet shampooer and we are trying to do a few rooms a week. We are especially working on any room that had a odor complaint. I will will check with Choice to see if laminate flooring is an option for us in the pet rooms. Since we bought the shampooer we may just shampoo any room that had a pet as soon as the guest checks out. We appreciate your business and we appreciate your feeback. we hope you will visit us again.
