Nice hotel HOWEVER, miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel meant my reservation was not available and they were booked in my wedding night!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in a while. Beautiful view of the lake out our window. Clean rooms and nice smelling soaps. Hotel pool and hot tub were in wonderful condition and very clean. Great breakfast in the morning. We will be staying here again for sure!

Didn’t know this Hampton Inn allowed pets. The smelled terrible, carpet looked dirty. They would not give us a refund.

We were somewhat disappointed by our stay this time. We (and many other family members) were staying here after our nephew’s wedding. The first room we were given had never been cleaned… the lights were on, dirty towels were on the bathroom floor, the bed was unmade, and the window was open. We knew the hotel was full, but Andrea couldn’t have been nicer and found us an upgraded room. Unfortunately, the carpeting and bathroom floor of this second room were dirty and the shower door didn't close well. All of this was very unusual and disappointing as a Hampton Inn is usually our go-to hotel due to their consistent quality.
