Posted 21 Aug 2024 on HotelsRainbow is always clean. Though the rooms are recently updated, the bathroom door is falling off it's reused hinges. The air conditioner/heating unit needs cleaned and the vents need to be replaced. They need a better process, (maybe oxy) to wash the towels. All towels except one hand towel had stains. When we left here was no one available to tell about the broken bathroom door or stained towels
