"This unit is in a great location and has lovely water views. The room is getting to be quite dated, there was paint peeling from the back of the door in the bathroom and mould on some of the tiles. The thermostat for the a/c has instructions to adjust temperature however it didn’t seem to work for us so we had to sleep with the balcony door open so it would turn it off. "I won’t recommend it to couples. The bed is not comfortable because there seems to be a valley in the middle and makes one rolled into it. It’s fragile. The air- conditioning was very weak. During the day the place was very hot! At night time, it was hot. The host for the place was very stern and was not friendly at all. The host informed us to leave the premises on our 5th day! "Better than expected from a 3 star hotel very upscale by my standards. Nice view if the marina. A/C was dripping badly the paint on the wall was peeked below it indicating it's not a new problem. I put the waste bucket under it and it was half full in the morning. If my door was let go it slammed shut very loudly. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Kunal, the duty manager, stood out with his outstanding customer service skills. He was attentive, approachable, and made sure all our needs were met with a smile.The guy check us in was very nice. The staff at both the restaurant and bar were equally impressive. They were not only friendly but also welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that enhanced our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning on our next visit. Highly recommended!"
