Charming and quiet right in middle of Austin. Parking in great. Walk to everything on South Congress. There are some pretty steep stairs at entry, but they were worth it IMO. Suites are charming and deck is absolutely wonderful.

This is our second time staying here. Great location We were in room 4 which was too noisy. Hot water was very limited on our first day for a shower Took the do not disturb sign off but room wasn’t cleaned

Hi LaVerne,You're 100% correct -- our Queen Balcony rooms are the noisiest because they're on the street side closest to the business district and music clubs. Try a King Courtyard toom (same price) for a quieter stay.I wish we'd known about any issues during your stay. We would be happy to help if there are any problems, including hot water.We only provide daily cleaning upon advance request--so just drop us a line the day before if you're going to be out the next morning and want your room freshened up!Can't wait to see you again...

In the middle of everything and yet so quiet! Loved the community room with all the extras. We will be back for sure.

This was a lovely space in a great location! The room was very clean. For the price I thought the rooms were small. If you are not great at technology like me, it was also actually quite confusing figuring out how to get in the location of the rooms. Overall a very lovely place but in my opinion overpriced for the experience.

Right off Congress Ave and noisy. I tried to call property to see if I could switch rooms (which I would’ve paid for) and nobody answered or called me back, which was disappointing.
