"The bed was very comfortable. The pool was okay, but a bit over chlorinated and made my sensitive skin burn a bit. The AC unit appeared to be leaking into the floor, even though it was off. I made sure to let the desk know when we left. The front desk staff was rude, both to us and to other people trying to check in or get service. Additionally, they tried to charge us a smoking in the room fee, because they found cigarette butts in the trash! That's where cigarette butts go! Upon, calling...

"It was good, loved the hot tub availability. Would be nice if it was open later than 1000. Room was comfortable and clean. The hot water availability is not so great, At the end of my shower, the water was no longer hot. I do not take a long shower-5 min max, there was no hot water when my husband showered. This was at 830 in the am. Toilet also had trouble flushing toilet paper-5 flushes to get it to go down. Rm 221"

"This property is undergoing a massive building improvement project. I could not keep the microwave plugged in and use the tv. Hoping they will be adding more electrical outlets so not all devuces are connected by one power strip. All they had for breakfast was a grab and go bag, all sugar items. They are heading in the right direction and I will definitely return to see hiw it finalizes."
