"The gal checking us in wasn't very knowledgeable of the area, but she had just moved there herself. Parking wasn't very good....we parked in the back and there were several containers in the way....and it was very far from our room. Felt like every time we parked , we had to take a hike to get to our room down 3 corridors."

Staff was friendly, the room felt modern, and the downtown location was super convenient. Only downside was paid on-site parking, which felt a bit unnecessary, but that may be outside the hotel’s control. Would definitely stay again."

"This was a great place to stay in Seward. We had a room facing the water and we enjoyed seeing the cruise ships come into port. We didn't have to drive anywhere once we checked into our room. The room was clean and well-kept. Everything we needed was close by. Seward was my favorite part of our 8-day trip to Alaska. "
