Very dismal. Room was clean, but upon arrival we found a rotten apple, some rubbish and toys leftover. Aircon was very noisy, and flucated between cold/warm. Bathroom was spacious, but with very limited air flow, there was mould all on the ceiling in the bathroom. No fresh water available, and not allowed to cook any food in the rooms - BBQ was dirty and nothing available to clean it and restaurant has no "normal food", everything was super fancy. Room service came once in 5 days, but only towels were swapped. Bring dishwashing liquid and a sponge if you want to clean your coffee mugs, as there is no way of washing them, and they never got swapped out during our stay. None of the windows can be opened for air flow! They were all bolted shut, even with them caged off Beds were quite comfortable, but the blanket is just stuck in between 2 sheets, making it difficult to stop everything moving around. Loved the quiet and safe location. 5 minutes from town. Definitely not somewhere we would stay again.

Hi BryannaThis is certainly disappointing to hear. We are so very sorry that you did not receive the usual care and cleanliness the team pride themselves on. The manager is investigating the cleanliness concerns and why your room was not serviced daily, nor sheets changed (normally 3rd day). So sorry our bedding and windows did not meet your needs too.
