My family really enjoyed the fresh breakfast options- sausage, eggs, toast, bagels and yogurt, in addition to the pastries!! We also enjoyed the comfortable beds. A definite hit...we will return again :)

It was good for the price paid. Main issue is access to the property depending on which way you are coming from but not a main issue.

The room was nicely cleaned. I called the property for early check in and was advised that I would be able to come early. I got there an hour later and was told something different. I was told to come back after noon. I came back after three and was asked by the same clerk where I had been for so long. He then said that the room was not ready although the parking lot was practically empty. I said let me call Amex to remove the charge and in less than two minutes he said no need to cancel. These people didn’t check in. I will give you a room now. Totally unacceptable!

Hello FeLisa,Thank you for your feedback about the clean room. When possible, we try to help out with early check-ins. Our staff, on your day of arrival was trying hard to accommodate your request and switched another guest's room to accommodate your early arrival. The parking lot may be empty when you arrived, but we had our operations team working in getting the rooms ready for the new arrivals. When a guest checks out, it takes time to clean the room. We are glad you found the room clean and we are disappointed that you were not happy with our team's effort to accommodate your request. We wish you the best in your travels.
