What a wonderful oasis in the heart of the city. It was equipped with everything I needed for an extended stay. I especially loved starting and ending the day on the balcony gearing up for the day with coffee or unwinding from the day with a glass of wine and watching the city lights come alive as night fell. I would definitely stay here again.

The property itself is lovely and located conveniently for accessing the city, South Bank, and West End. My only complaint was the television, the wifi, and the shower head. The television crashed repeatedly. It runs Android so I was able to download all my usual streaming apps but the internet seemed to drop out constantly. Usually my programming resumed in a few minutes so I assume it was the internet but the TV also froze once and needed to be turned off at the wall. I did call tech support about the internet and they helped us connect our phones but the connection was terrible. The hower head was dirty, old, and broken so it was very hard to get it to point where we wanted it.

The customer service was amazing, I had a late check in and the gentleman that checked us is was so kind and lovely. The room was great, great view! Pool and spa also great facilities.

We opted for a city view apartment which was fantastic as Brisbane is beautiful especially at nighttime.
Areas for improvement. Housekeeping. I understand that they are probably under the pump however simple checks of the rooms with regards to re-stocking them with necessary items and reporting maintenance issues. The first room we had was flooded by a leaking pipe which they did clean up but failed to see the carpets had been flooded, and did not report the problem to be rectified prior to us arriving. The ceiling exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling, the fridge was unplugged, and benches were not cleaned. Hopefully next time will be better. They did sort us out with another room which was great and as I had forgotten an item in the freezer of the first room, I was able to see that they did attend to the room straightaway after we have left which was good to see.

Nice property, but very sparse, not very homely, Tiny sofa not enough room for 4 people. TV in bedrooms would be nice. Great views and great location.

The girl staff who checked us in was so kind and helpful. The rooms here are awesome and so are all the amenities. We stayed for two nights and wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks for an awesome time here.
