The front desk staff was incredibly hospitable, and everything was cozy and comfortable.

This hotel is close to Boston Seaport area, which is nice. The room was large, clean and fully equipped. The parking was annoying, I got stuck in the adjacent lot that the front desk recommended because their kiosk was broken so they didn't want to let me go out even after trying for over a half an hour. Even though I offered multiple times to pay cash, they were insistent on trying to get my card to work. It was obnoxious.

Element was conveniently located even dough was a 15 minutes walk to seaport area. The hotel in general was good with free breakfast as better feature with good food options; however, the 25 daily food/beverage/resort fee was very confusing as they make you get something no matter what in order to use these money daily with very few options available and with very nonsensical prices, that after the fact are very confusing to understand on the final bill, I do not like this procedure at all.

Dear Claudia,I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. To clarify the Destination fee .The fee is 25 plus tax per day. It included a daily 25 food and beverage credit. Any food or beverage over 25 the guest would pay the difference and the destination fee as well. So essentially the food or beverage of your choice is included up to 25. I will be sharing your feedback with our leadership team to review for an improved guest experience. I am glad to see you enjoyed our Rice complimentary daily breakfast.

The room and location were perfect but the heat was uncontrollable and AC was not working properly

The parking is expensive they charge $200 security deposit then they take $30 and basically forced us to buy snacks or food that we didn’t even need or want because we already had dinner. There was no way to take it off. It was going to be charged no matter what is what I was told..

Our Destination fee of 25 plus tax come with a food and beverage credit where you may spend up to 25 that will be adjusted off .Any amount over 25 you pay the difference along with the destination fee.
