The hold for incidentals on my credit card was excessive at over $600.

Only issues I had were toilet seat was broken and noise or 4:30 in the morning from other guests. But overall, adequate

When we checked into room 202, there was a stench in the room. Determined it was water damage under the fridge. The sheets and comforters had many yellow stains. Complained to management and was told that they were selling to Best Western so no effort to replace damaged furniture or stained bedding. Hallways were filthy and did not look like they were vacuumed for weeks. Had to sleep with the windows open and there was drag racing throughout the night. I will never stay here again. Asked for a partial refund and was told that they could not make money if they refunded money. Pictures on website are deceiving.

Awesome access from airport. Nothing like it.
Smoking area too close to front access. Empty plant pots. Looks beautiful from distance but looks worn up close.

The rooms could use some deep cleaning. The air conditioner was very noisy. The trim on wall corners was falling off and the carpet was taped down with painters tape.
