The actual hotel is fine...but out of 3 elevators only one was working for 4 days we were there...there were hockey tournament guests staying there so it was busy...waiting for the elevator was a nightmare. I guess you were expected to climb 17 flights of stairs or wait 30 mins for the elevator.

Although our room didnt look like the photo, the overall quality of it did. From the lobby to our room, almost everything was great. Made mention of a couple things maintenance needed to know issues of, and the lady at checkout stated they would gwt right on.
Overall, highly recommend!
