Very nice hotel. They have construction and other detours due to then upcoming projects. But the hotel and staff were both exceptional

No hot water, was told someone would be in to fix it they never came. Elevator was out of order so took 15 minutes to wait for elevator. Checking in customer service treated me as though I was stupid for not knowing the hotel and asking a few minor questions( attitude was terrible) checking out the manager said to have Expedia call to be reimbursed for stay. Had Expedia call and the supervisor denied it. Oh she gave us back our 40 dollar parking fee. That was suppose to make up for the cold showers we all had to take. I would have booked anywhere else had I known of these issues. So the supervisor lied straight to my face about reimbursement. It was a terrible experience.
