Only three negatives...1st, upon arrival desk clerk wished me a happy birthday and then asked me what kind of hyperthetical gift I would like for my birthday, sugesting sweets, drink or chocolate, than bubbly, white or red. I answered bubbly excited to see what I would receive. Dissapointed when I did not get anything at all. Next, 50.00 for parking overnight and 25.00 for beach umbrella is a bit high to ask of paying guest.

Staff was very friendly & kind, location was great, hotel was very well maintained. there is on-going construction beside the hotel that was noisy (especially if you have a balcony/oceanfront room). Would still stay here again 8.75/10 :)

There was someone running around for hours above our room. Called front desk, nothing was done. We asked for bedding for our pull out bed. They never came, called 3 times. Had to sleep on bed without anything. There is no parking within 5 blocks of here, so if you have a car, don’t expect to get anything out of it. Staff was rude. I’d recommend anywhere in South Beach on ocean drive from 4th st to 13th
