VERY NOISY in adjoining rooms (especially the room above my room). I finally had to switch rooms on Day 3 of my 8-day stay because the people above me were romping around making loud deep booming noises all day. I’ve stayed at Nautilus about 5 or 6 times but this was the first time it had major noise problems. The place needs better sound insulation! That might be impossible in the floors but maybe they can install heavier (solid core) room doors to reduce corridor noise and heavier doors between adjoining rooms. Please hire a noise consultant because the Nautilus is way too noisy inside the rooms!

Really great staff good customer service the restaurant is really nice. Decent place to stay. The room is OK. You don’t have a nightstand on the side so it’s hard to put your phone or random items that you might need the fridge doesn’t cool off enough that the room is decent. Not really a fan of the dark hallways kind of creepy

Really like staying here. The lobby bar happy hour was AMAZING. Mike the mixologist bartender made amazing drinks and was probably the best we ever experienced. Nautilius is very lucky to have him on staff. He was our highlight of our stay there.

We did not receive any sort of VIP upgrade. The rooms are extremely small for what they charge. Even though you are a hotel guest they charge you for an umbrella . If you’d like to upgrade to a cabana there’s no sort of discount for staying at the hotel . The valet is extremely over priced and they parked our car somewhere infested with ants. Do not stay here . We stayed at the Eden Rock and it was a night and day difference.
