We liked it being walking distance to the beach. Clean nice room. I would stay here again.

The staff are absolutely amazing! It is South Beach, so it is busy and it comes with everything one would expect in the area. I will stay here every time I am in the area because the staff are the most accommodating and welcoming I have ever encountered and I travel a lot.

Great location but poor front desk service

While the location was fantastic, the front desk service fell short of expectations. We had booked two rooms and arrived at 5 PM, only to find that one of the rooms wasn’t ready. We had to wait over an hour for it to be prepared. The front desk staff member who assisted us was not very helpful. When I requested beach towels, I was informed that they weren’t available as they were being washed. However, another staff member promptly checked and provided us with the towels. Given Marriott's reputation, I anticipated a higher level of service.
