Heater did not work until the night before departure. At the sink the hot water took 5 minutes to heat up. No housekeeping service on most days not unless you tell them. Ants on sink, tub, and nitestands in the evenings. Body wash was empty and didn’t replace it. Bathroom plastic cups didn’t replace any.

Julie,Please accept my deepest apologies for all these issues. If you reported the heater and the ant issue to the front desk, they should have been able to have our maintenance people take care of both right away. When we provide the daily trash and towel service, the housekeeping staff is supposed to refresh all the room amenities including the shower items and the cups, so I will address this with their supervisor.I will also have the maintenance people look into the hot water issue. Since all the rooms are fed off the same water lines and we had no reports of no hot water from any of the rooms nearby, we may need to bring in a plumber to address this.Again, I am terribly sorry for your experience and assure you that all of your concerns will be looked into and addressed.

My son and I stayed 5 nights. We liked the hotel a lot. Very convenient location if you are going to Legoland. The Coaster (train) is only a 15 min walk. We used the Coaster to and from the airport and to Sea World and the San Diego Zoo. The breakfast at the hotel was great! They have a different menu ev day which is really nice. The hot tub and pool were amazing- especially after long days at the parks! I wojld definitely stay here again!

Hotel room needs updating. When you first walk inside the room, it smells musty. Couch not comfortable and stiff. Fixtures are old, closet too small. Room not as nice pictured in ads.

Very nice property close to the beach. Staff was friendly! Only thing was it got steamy in the room when someone was showering but having the window open was a good option to air it out.

This hotel was the best hotel i have visited in California in the last 10 years of me visiting. The staff was excellent. The hotel was spotless. The hotel room was clean, smelled good and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was A plus. The only thing i did not like was the pancakes tasted as if they were pre-made. I am so glad that i chose this hotel and i will definitely stay here again next year November. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY STAY SO ACCOMMODATING!
