Angel The Property Manager Was Awesome
Most Definitely Went Above And Beyond

My only issue was that I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and there was only a king. We were there for a wedding in a few in our group had the same issues.

I always enjoy my stay at Staybridge Hotels, sadly, my experience wasn’t the best this time. I wasn’t told the breakfast time was an hour difference between the weekend and weekday. I thought it might be a half an hour difference, but showed up before 10am on a Monday and everything had already been closed. My biggest issue was with the smell. I didn’t notice it on my first night, but the second night it smelled like drainage coming from the kitchen sink. It made my husband and I feel extremely disgusted. Hope this doesn’t happen again.

The front desk personnel was incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel was very accommodating with late checkout. Our room was clean and beautiful.
