Could clearly hear conversation from guests in the next room through the walls. Our bedroom and bathroom were both large in size with teas/coffees and kettle which were welcome. ..."

"When we arrived at 3pm per our check in instructions, we were told the room would not be available until 5-530pm. Floors were dirty and the room is in need of updates. People at the front desk were friendly but did not speak any English. Although stated on hotels.com that English was spoken."
