This resort was safe, lovely and amazing beautiful indeed. But I have a bad experience because my husband was got injury of his head when we join the sunset cruise. Captain drove fast to the shore and the resort manager was waiting for us and took us to the town hospital immediately. He got a lots of bleeding and need sutures for his head. After that, Dr .had to transfer him to the main hospital to take a x-ray and made sure everything was ok. Sherman (resort manager) was stayed with us all the time and even kept talking to my husband on the way back. In the mean time, I didn’t have any cash on my hand and Sherman took care of any charge for the hospital cost. So I want to thank you Sherman so much and help us to get through the difficult times. Also I want to thank you our butler too, he got the medication to my husband on the next day and sent the nurse to take care of my husband every morning. We were very appreciated what you did it for us. So I am highly recommended this resort, staff was friendly and helpful, place was safe and just like a paradise.

Most beautiful place I’ve ever been, staff was super friendly and very helpful. Grounds were well manicured and tastefully done. Room was clean and luxurious. Food and drinks or excellent. The pool area and beach area or like a dream. Can’t wait to come back again.

This resort has been so far one of the best we have visited. Excelent service, food, amenities, beach. We totally recommend it.

My wife and I had the opportunity to celebrate our anniversary at this hotel. Upon our arrival, everything was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience, which led us to extend our stay. However, the only available options were upgraded units, which unfortunately turned out to be worse than our previous room. The room had visible cracks and was infested with ants. After moving to the new room, we also sensed a change in the attitude of the staff, who appeared to be displeased with us for requesting assistance from a different location. We had a fantastic experience in Room 306 and feel it’s unfair to have paid more for a downgraded room with no view or privacy. This was meant to be a special week for my wife and me. The one aspect we consistently enjoyed was the food.
