"Friendly staff who spoke fairly good English. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Came with crockery and cutlery and some pots and pans to use. We weren't aware that we would have to bring our own hand soap which I was a bit annoying on the first day. You are also given one toilet roll and one bin bag.
