A beautiful place but the staff members at the front desk were very rude. No one was there to help with bags when we arrived, the staff members most of the time would look at us and start laughing. No one would say hello they would not even greet you. You say thank you to them and they don't even acknowledge it. Terrible terrible.

I love the fact that the hotel shares the same building with Cacique's shopping mall: you have all services you require without venturing too far. For those who enjoy running or are traveling for business this is the place, only few meters from the athletics stadium and Bucaramanga's convention center. I would come back every time I had the chance.

Excellent service, modern facilities, and convenient location in the Cacique shopping center. Spacious and comfortable room, stunning rooftop pool with panoramic views of the city. The hotel delivers on comfort and quality, making it an ideal choice for a short stay in Bucaramanga.
