I saw men walking around with machetes. Chipping paint, circuit breaker problems , air conditioning noise problems, emails just before check about cash cleaning, electricity and water usage fees. I will never use that property again. The only thing that was good was the pool.

Dear guests! Gardeners in the Dominican Republic can walk not only with a machete, but also with a rake. Don't let this scare you. The residence is guarded by armed guards. The system sends automatic letters indicating the amount to be paid upon arrival if you forgot it or did not see it on the search site and the booking letter. If you cannot use something, something is out of order, or have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the administration or security. We are always happy to help.

Ac no working in 2 rooms bathroom door on one bathroom not locking dirty towels outdated bathroom one toilet wasn’t flushing no hot water broken beds everything needs work will not stay there again .

If something doesn’t work for you, don’t wait a week after check-out, immediately contact the administrator, he will immediately replace the batteries in the remote control, replace the towels and resolve any issues, if any. No need to endure 4 nights. You also have the contact number of the administration; if the administrator on duty has not responded to your request, write a message on WhatsApp or call. Administrator on duty and security 24 hours for assistance at any time. You can turn to them for help day or night if something bothers you.

The property was almost impossible to find. I had to pay someone to help me find this hidden property. Also, the manager charged me an additional $365 in cash, before I was given the keys, for utilities.

You have not been charged a cent over the price set by the expidia system. The amount to be paid upon arrival is indicated at the time of booking. You can check this amount with the Expidia customer support service. We give a link to the address of the villa in google. map. If you do not know how to use the card, you can order a taxi from us, and our staff is always happy to help you find a villa. Feel free to call our phone numbers. If you get lost, our staff can also meet you where you are and escort you to the villa.

Dated, notbtaken care of. There were roaches in the house, the pool was super dirty.

If you are not satisfied with the condition of the house or the pool, you can immediately tell the administrator about it and cancel the reservation or request cleaning. Why settle in a villa if everything is not building? Can you provide a photo of what didn't suit you?

This place is horrible. There was no pool available and one of the bathrooms was was dirty. Fridge smelled really bad. And there was roaches in the house. Some of Living room furniture was broken. None of the bathroom was equipped with soap and towels. Also. Kitchen sink was not able to be used. No water.

Where did you stay like that? Can you send a photo? In our residence, the swimming pool occupies half of the courtyard. From the bedroom and living room, there is only a view of the pool. If you haven't seen the pool, I won't even ask about everything else. If there is a photo of the place where you stayed, send it.

We were robbed while staying here

This is a gated Community and has a watchman (armed security guard) We had hard-time contacting the caretaker once we got to the hotel. The watchman was not at his post and did not hear us honking to let us in. Finally the caretaker came and let us in. The whole community is pitch black, my wife was afraid and did not want to stay. I should have listened to her. Anyways, the caretaker took us to the house were we would be staying, most of the lights were burnt. We left the house and locked th front door with the key the caretaker gave us. There was nobody else staying in the house, the caretaker confirmed it was safe and we only needed to lock the front door. So we left our luggage and went out for supper this was at 9 pm. When we got back, the room had been entered to, no sign of a force entry and the front door was still locked. We were robbed, a Samsung tablet, My wife's' jewelry, perfumes and some of her clothing. Luckily i never leave our travel documents in the hotel, other wise they would have gotten our passports as well. We went to the police that same night and filed a complaint both the Caretaker and the watchman were taking into custody. We found out later by the policeman that this was not the first time that a guest was robbed in that gated community. I cannot believe that this site does not do a better job of investigating their listings Had we stayed at that hotel we could have been killed.

The most horrible experience ever

Once I walked into the hotel I immediately left. To start the site cant really call it a hotel more like a hostel. The site doesnt have an actual address on hotels.com which made getting to it very hard and getting the directions really required someone with extensive knowledge of the city and even then still hard to get to. As soon as we arrived at the site we were welcomed inside the gates by a gentleman with what looked like a short barreled shot gun hanging from his back not sure if it was just to scare away the wild dogs on the road to the property or what ever other reason. once inside the gate we were escorted to the property. The first floor is an open layout and there were atleast six bedrooms that were located on the second floor. The bedrooms only had a bed and a shelve so you may place your items. No TV or electricity in the rooms. Electricity is EXTRA and you will pay a PREMIUM for that luxury. We were given two bedrooms on the opposite ends of the second floor. If you book by phone with hotel.com make sure they let you know you will have to pay on site. When they take your credit card information they are only holding your reservation and not using it as payment. Before we got settled in the room we were notified by managent that payment had not been received after showing them the confirmation didnt help the situation. We were then asked to leave. If you dont stay you still dont receive a refund. Do not stay here!!

Our villas protected by armed guards. Electricity is paid extra according to the meter. Check average 4-5$ per day. If no such sum in cash, you can pay by card. The Villa has 4 bedrooms. It's written in the ad. You can count the number of doors. Usually it is not difficult. The bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are nightstands or tables, sockets for the connection of computers, etc. there is a TV in the living room. Let me remind you that You refused to pay for electricity, because the$ 5 was expensive, and left to find a cheaper option.
