The food at the Maria restaurant is abosilutely fantastic, however the property villa conditions was just ok. IKEA's basic furniture which was very uncomfortable. The waterpark cleanliness was horrific with algae and mold on all surfaces. It seems liked they were never cleaned.

have to pay $350 of deposit for 1 night. and if you crack a trash can which is outside of the room, you have to pay
