There was dried urine on the toilet lid and bugs in the bathroom. The bedsheet had two cigarette burn holes. Upon arriving we advised the manager that we would only be able to stay one night instead of two. He told us that they could refund one night after Expedia contacted them with the request. The next day when we checked out the day manager called the owner to approve the refund and I could clearly hear the owner say, "F...k him, he booked through Expedia. I'm not refunding anything." She then repeated her limited vocabulary, "F..k him!" This place is cheap, and you get what you pay for. It is not nearly as nice as it appears in the pictures.

Noone told you anything like that over the phone. When you book with Expedia you have an option to pay to Expedia which you chose and to pay in the hotel. In your case you chose to pay with Expedia and rhat means I will see this money only in 1 month after your stay so I can not cancel your booking no return your money. You were informed by the manager if you want your money back you should contact Expedia yourself so instead of making false acusations about the hotel choose your axtions right.
