"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "Great location, friendly staff. Decent room, bathroom was really big. Well eqipped kitchette. The road its on was fairly busy during our stay so if your a light sleeper id suggest asking for a room that doesn’t face the road. Our aircon didnt seem to work that well , the room was fairly got most of the time despite setting the thermosat to a low temp,as we visited in winter this wasnt a huge issue though and we didnt report it."

"Tried a different location in Nice this stay and it was last munute and prices high. Overall good. Walk to beach, old Nice, main shopping street and port. Good (not small places as some other Nice hotel parking) underground parking (16€/day)."

As soon as I arrived, the staff met me outside to take in my luggage and suggest a nearby parking garage where I was given a special rate for parking with in-out privileges. "Confused by the payment system. Hotels gave me a receipt indicating I paid but turns out we didn’t. No one was there when we checked in. Asked at desk when there was someone and all they said we owed was the city tax found out 9:30 pm the night before we left when there was a knock on the other side of the door and staff telling us we needed to pay for the room.
