The only problem is that the check in and check out is 3km away which with suitcases is not possible so a taxi is needed. It would be nice if the hotel had a shuttle bus/car to pick you up and drop you off. "It's a great apartment. However it listed laundry and dryer in the facilities. It only has a washing machine and a rack. We managed but couldn't do our laundry, which was why we booked that apartment. Also, although our host explained how to go between the parking and the lift, we found it very confusing. A written explanation or a map would be useful. "

"Very nice apartment. Very clean. Extremely confusing instructions to get to the apartment. Two addresses are shown in the communications so you can easily go to the wrong location with the exact same apartment numbers. Once you get to the proper address it is very difficult to find the apartment by following the instructions. Even people living at the address had a difficult time understanding where it was by reading the instructions. Owner responded to some of my messages on Expedia but...
