Nice and would stay again
Posted 27 Jul 2021 on HotelsGreat hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get.

Posted 24 May 2021 on HotelsEstamos muy contentos con nuestros días en el hotel. Una buena habitación, muy limpia y cuidada. A destacar el personal, muy familiar y muy amables. Nuestro perro se puso malo de noche y nos ayudaron en todo momento para poder llevarlo al veterinario. Al día siguiente hasta nos llamaron para saber cómo estaba. Muy recomendable.

A bad experience

1. No AC
2. Breakfast is a joke, terrible selection
3. The nearby tower clock chimes very loudly every 15 minutes in the night 24/7
4. The bar has hardly any selection of liquor, and pour you an undetectable amount
5. The pool was extremely dirty when we arrived
6. The beds are very uncomfortable
7. Very dated interior

Dear Zoltan. We regret to know that you did not have a pleasant experience with us. Most hotels in Sort don't have AC as we are prepared for the cold, not the heat of these days.. However, our superior rooms do have AC, and otherwise you could have asked for fans, which we also have. Regarding breakfast, we offer a quite selections of sweet and salty products, algo gluten free.
If you have any complaint regarding the bell tower, please notify the town hall as this is not up to us. The pool wasn't dirty, it is the pollen and the amount of trees that we have around, being an outdoor pool and located in the mountain. All mattresses are new, they were changed just two month ago, we are sorry that they were not to your liking. And yes, there are dogs around as we are pet friendly.
