"Vittoria made our trip so much better with her insights and ideas! She literally mapped out all the places she recommended. The accommodations were beautiful and so close to everything. I recommend that Maison Lauren add instructions on how to use the towel bar warmer, the shutter shades, and chromotherapy lights in the shower. There are some small things I could pick on with the layout (like how close the wardrobe is to the bed), but overall it made our stay really enjoyable and the management staff was very responsive. "La experiencia en este alojamiento fue de 10. Gaetano, el propietario del alojamiento es muy atento y si tienes alguna duda o problema en cuanto pueda te lo va a solucionar o a echar una mano. El único problema que tiene este hotel es la ubicación. Desde Sorrento son 40-45 minutos andando por pendientes muy inclinadas. "Residenza Pansa was in a convenient location, but was hard to find; google maps has a hard time with steps and alley-ways that are prevalent in Amalfi. It would be helpful if walking directions were provided for guests to assist in finding the hotel from the ferry/bus area. The room and staff were great and the small out-door terrace was nice too. The down-side of this property is that it is located right above the main road in town, so it is quite noisy."
