It was an honor to host you here and it was very nice to make your acquaintance.We regret you were not satisfied by our service, but -as said during check in and as written on the Internet and on our page- reception is open every day until 8.30 p.m. That is why, during check in, we invite our kind costumers to call our number on regular line and not to send messages on WA after that hour.Concerning baggage, on your arrival day you had the chance to bring the car up here, and I was happy to help you to put them in the elevator. On your check out day, Francesca personally and joyously helped you to carry them down, so we are quite surprised by this note.Every day our staff and the property are committed to guaranteeing the best service for our guests: seeing our costumers pleased by their stay here is our biggest desire and aim. We loved our stay. I would highly recommend this venue. Fatima was fantastic. She was extremely helpful, bubbly, professional, and overall wonderful. We are already missing Maison Bon Bon. The building was beautiful and we loved the breakfast. The arches were gorgeous, the view was idyllic, and the staff was terrific. We can’t say enough good things.

Firstly the property is lovely, very clean and wonderful views. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are huge.
It's a bit of a walk to the town center down some steep hills but it's not the ened of the world.

Nice place though not recommended
Posted 25 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe bathroom was dirty with hairs and stains. The clerk just took a towel and wiped the floor. The motor of the air conditioner is very noisy and you can't sleep with it on. All the water from the shower goes out into the room and literally floods it. It was not a pleasant stay.

Francesca was very nice and helped us immensely with arranging our accommodations. Margarita was an angel. Because we were leaving earlier that the cafe was supposed to be open, she told us to stop by and have a coffee before leaving. As an extra special surprise, she gave each of us a freshly baked "cornetto" to enjoy with our coffee . A beautiful way to start our morning. It's amazing people like Francesca and Margarita that help to make beautiful memories of a beautiful city. 🙂
