The only negative , no coffee making facility in your room .Otherwise just perfect

relatively new and clean. Walkable to the beach for swimming, not too far from the bus station to Naples.

Staff at the front desk were nice. Liked that they had a place to store our bags and change while we waited to check in. Found the comforter to be dirty and was disappointed we were charged for water and not provided with a kettle or coffee maker. We were not aware that the air conditioning would not be turned on until after our stay in June. We also had a view of the next hotel’s pool and wished we were there instead.

Dear Mrs. Madison, thank you for staying at our hotel, but there are some inaccuracies in your review.At the time of booking we sent you an message by Expedia that summaring the booking with all our service included and fora fee.The minibar service in fee and in your room you consuming 5 bottles of water and of these at check out 1 was offered to you free, as we do with all our customers. and the other 4 were debit on your bill as it should be. Forwarding on the Expedia page is clearly stated that the rooms are not equipped with kettles.As far as the air conditioning is concerned, his note comes to us because the system has been active since last May, probably either it youdid not follow the instructions correctly, or the temperatures were not high enough for the thermostat to activate, you could still ask the front desk who would provide your with assistance.Regarding the quilt, it is our habit to sanitize the linen at every room change.We advise you for the future, if you have special needs, to check exactly the services that are offered because it is not correct to ask for unforeseen services once you arrive.Best regards

Had a really enjoyable stay at La Maridiana. The view of the sea was amazing too.

Conveniently located, clean, and quiet. The man who worked overnight at the front desk was extremely helpful checking us in/out, getting us set up with breakfast, and generally helping us with anything we needed during our stay.
