There are some areas that could use some attention - tissues and wash cloths should be provided, bed comforters should be better laundered, cob webs in the corners of the room, dining room lighting should be dimmed at night... "absolutely loved our stay here! We felt really welcomed and the room was clean and spacious! Location wise, it was very convenient to everything we needed- shopping, dining etc. There was also a lift from ground floor to the rooms which definitely made it way easier for our luggages. "Hotel was immaculately clean. Very pleased with the room. Fantastic pool area and the shuttle bus was invaluable. Only booked bed and breakfast and Breakfast was good although most people suggested that the food was average. Sorrento is a wonderful holiday resort with so many nice restaurants. Recommend booking the classic trips to Amalfi coast and Capri from the hotel. Good value and pick ups and drop offs at the hotel."
