As are many smaller properties in Italy, stairs are required and in this case approximately 50 to get to the floor with the room . The desk personnel offered to have someone carry our bags but we foolishly declined. If anyone over 70 is making use of the facility, let them carry your bags. Breakfast was provided and Delicious as were the two restaurants associated with the property.

A little ways outside Sorrento but there is easy access for shuttles and buses or isnt too bad to walk. Not many dining options in the immediate area, but again is not bad to get into the city where there are many options. The staff was very friendly and informative during our stay and had very clean premises.

Great location, a short walk over to the camp site and you can get a shuttle into sorrento.
It was very loud in the morning on the bottom floor and the breakfast wasn’t great, about 10 cakes! Staff really lovely

Staff were very friendly and helpful, good amenities in the hotel. Sea view room was great. Could get little noise in rhe morning though with the cleaners. Not near a lot but can get the shuttle bus into sorrento from the camp site down the road. They offer pick up and drop off service from a restaurant near by and also have day trip options to capri/ amalfi coast. Overall we had a great stay.

The staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean but very basic, not having enough electrical outlets, no hooks to hang anything and one small towel rail in the bathroom. We had room 112, with a balcony but the yard view was disgusting, unkept with a dried leaves, broken furniture, old containers collecting rain water, which of course caused mosquitos.

Very friendly staff! Clean and comfortable. Not ideal for anyone looking to just walk to the restaurant/ shopping etc. No side walks but access to a bus stop that takes you to town.

Dear Tan, thank you for this review, but please, why did you write no bus service? When you checked in, we informed you: there is a public bus that runs every 20 minutes, and also a private shuttle service from CAMPING SANTA FORTUNATA. And, you wrote too far, but we are only 1.8 km from the main center! Please, we recommend you to read more carefully all the information before proceeding with a reservation, so as not to receive bad surprises and to understand the location well.

There is no elevator so be prepared to climb many steps to and from your room. The doors are very heavy and extremely loud every time someone (guest or staff) closes the door. Sounds like a gun firing. The staff pays no attention to the people that happen to be sleeping when they slam doors early and late. Pretty cheap hotel.

Mr Robert, we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay in our hotel, but we would love to explain you few points: we are sorry about noises, but the doors are FIRE FIGHTING for safety reason, and of course they are heavier than the normal one! But we can confirm no one ever mentioned about the gun-shot ( a terrible comparation). We are very surprised to read about our staff and trust us, it is the very first time we receive a complaint about our staff... and we can really confirm this is not true at all! We do pay attention to all your needs, and we do it in the best way possible. Why did you not report to us those noises during night? And for the lift: it is written everywhere our hotel does not have this service - please we always suggest to our customers to pay attention to all those information before to proceed with the reservation, in this way not to have those bad news.Please, pay attention before making any reservation.
