The hotel, grounds and location were superb. The stand was friendly and courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is well situated in relation to stores and restaurants.

Hotel was beautifully appointed and the view looking out at Mt. Vesuvius was spectacular. The staff were so accommodating, especially in the restaurant. The only negative was the Spa experience. No relaxation room, just the room that you have your treatment in. I would highly recommend this 5 Star property in Sorrento.
