Next time we will stay in a quieter place and one that is staffed 24/7 and where we are able to call the Hotel on a phone and not have to resort to messaging on Whatsapp. It appears that the owners want to save phone expenses at the cost of convenience to its patrons...patrons who would be willing to pay the extra fee for having these services.

Great location!! Great room with Romeo & Juliet balcony overlooking the Main Street.
We put our table and chairs in front of the balcony with a bottle of wine and cheeses, bread and salami.
Staff sooo friendly.
Made us breakfast every morning. ( eggs, bread, cakes or croissants, juice, cappuccino and toasted ham and cheese sandwiche. One morning, bacon)
They let us store luggage. Coming and going.
Room is simple but clean.
Location is the best,

Superb. Lovely, friendly, staff couldn't do more for us. Very clean, very conveniently located.
Breakfast was ok, but maybe could have had a bit more choice, such as fresh bread. But that's a very minor quibble.

It’s not a hotel!
It’s a house. A place with four bedrooms.
Main reception is in the hall by the front door.
There’s no elevators.
Three flights of stairs to carry your luggage up to the rooms.
Rooms are not on the same level so be careful of steps if you go from one room to another.
Mattresses are ok but definitely they didn’t ask for comfortable ones when they bought them.
Wall are clean and very nicely painted. Same for the tile floor. Very clean.
There was a little sewer smell when you flush the toilets. But oh well it's an old building.
The two cleaning ladies were very nice. The reception guy is very nice as well but limited knowledge with the place. Maybe new.
Large rooms sleeps easily a family of four.
Location is in the center of the shopping street.
I feel it’s expensive for what it offers. But then again I don’t know their overhead.
I definitely won’t recommend nor stay there again.

Location couldn’t be more perfect right in the heart of Sorrento. Room was spacious and clean staff was excellent especially Antoinella
