Overall great stay. They offer a shuttle bus on the hour every hour to take you from the hotel to the city center, very convenient. The property is a little outdated but very clean and the staff were very helpful.
Only negatives, the in house bar and restaurant are a little pricey and the pool hours are limited during the day and closes before dinner.

We are really happy that you had in all a lovely time, albeit with some drawbacks. By the way, we would like to apologize for the closing time of the swimming pool which should have actually been at 6.00 pm in October and therefore at sunset, as now restored, and not at 5.00 pm. Wonderful hotel close to Sorrento centre. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel to and from Sorrento centre which is very convenient if you don’t have a car. Beautiful views all around and very helpful staff!

Restaurant manager went out of his way to accommodate gluten free requests on two different dinners. He is the best and his staff are genuinely concerned about the eating experience. They are the best

Nice property. A little far from the downtown but manageable. Beautiful view of the ocean from dining hall.
