Our host Raffella was pro active in providing recommendations , making connections for special sights , bus connections and even physically helping to carry our bags to a taxi stop she set up for us . An exceptionally helpful and charming personality !

We stayed here for 2 nights and would definitely stay here again. It is an easy walk from the train station (about 10 minutes) and right in the middle of everything. It was easy to find many delicious food options very close to hotel and it is a short walk to the water. The room we stayed in had a small kitchen. Rafaella was very responsive and gave us great recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff but not present 24/7. “Queen bed” was two small mattresses of average quality pushed together. Tiny shower but you’re in a historic building. You get a stovetop coffee maker to have Italian-style coffee for free every morning!!

The view from the room was not so good, but the location was perfect! The service was amazing, i would definetly follow the advice from the staff as they are super helpful

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. Easily accessible to all the major attractions in Sorrento. Raphaela is delightful and extremely helpful.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Staff were amazing, really warm welcome on arrival and couldn't have been more helpful

Location was great, room was spacious and clean with A/C and a small kitchen area, Raffaella was an amazing host, will definitely be staying here again

Amazing host and location !
Posted 1 Jul 2019 on HotelsMy husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and I’m so glad! It was a beautiful hotel with great hospitality in an AMAZING location in sorrento. We were able to walk everywhere from Sorrento Inn! Rafella was a sweetheart and we will be definitely be back!
