Excellent attentive staff who were very helpful with reservations and parking. The hotel is in the middle of the city with access to everything. The furnishings are excellent and the bed was perfect.

This property definitely has its own vibe with the yellow themed rooms. The room was thoughtully laid out, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. If you want to be in the city center, i cant imajine a better spot.
Staff was amazing. Shout out to Lisa at the front desk who was so sweet, welcoming and helpfull. She made our stay even better.

Seriously, the most amazing staff and the best location in Sorrento. Lisa, thank you so much for your hospitality and attention to detail. You made us feel at home and you made Sorrento a special place for us.
We spent 2 weeks in Capri for our honeymoon and added a few days in Sorrento to unwind before heading home. Lisa surprised us with Champagne, cookies and chocolate and a nice note on arrival. Our balcony overlooked the main plaza where we spent our evenings sipping wine and enjoying the live music from the various performers. Hotel staff helped us with our bags and transfers and worked with our skippers to make sure we had a seamless experience. So much more was on offer to us but we were completely spent from our time in Capri so we spent most of our time walking to local restaurants and cafes and buying souvenirs from all the nearby stores. Everything you need is right there. And if you score a room facing the main square, the people watching is endless.
We will be back for sure!

Lisa, the receptionist made our day with her welcoming attitude. The room is nice, spacious & clean! It was nice to see one of their family members made our breakfast. Will definitely stay there again & again! Next time, I will spend more time enjoying breakfast in the dining room & the terrace! Highly recommended
