The room was great except one of the amenities that we paid for for the room, the jacuzzi was empty and did not work properly.

Dear John, we are so sorry to read this review.Everyday we do our very best to suit our guests' needs and to make their stay memorable, we are sorry and we do apologise for not meeting your expectations at 100%.To be very honest, your review sounds shocking to us: you did NOT book a room with jacuzzi, we offered you a huge complimentary upgrade to one of our suites with outdoor private jacuzzi (perfectly working!!!) even if you only booked a junior suite. Please let ys say that is quite disappointing to be be penalized and to receive such a low score because of an amenity (perfectly working) which you were not supposed to have!!!Our goal is to keep improving everyday, we hope a such severe and paradoxical review can help us in future steps.We hope to welcome you back again in the future, we are sure you would love your next visit at Conca Park.Kind Regards

The front desk receptionist were very unhelpful and seemed very unwelcoming all throughout our stay. Everyone didn’t seem to help or care if we where there our not

Beautiful hotel great safe location
Posted 15 Sep 2024 on HotelsFantastic location. We booked a last minute holiday and booked the "budget room" so wasnt expecting much, but it was fabulous. Plenty of space, clean, comfortable and had large doors to open up and enjoy the beautiful views.
Breakfast was fantastic.
Not the hotels fault, we stayed beginning of September and the pool only got sun to approx. 3pm, and that was only certain sunloungers. We left to go to the (paid) beach on the days we wanted to enjoy the sun.
