Ceramic tile, formal /classico approach to hotel culture, staff with bowties and white jackets. Rooms with ceramic tile throughout and beautiful views. Pleasantly formal and of high quality. Americans aplenty (which we are) stay here, Walkable to old town by 5 minutes. Reasonable priced valet parking. Recommend !

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a quiet area, just outside the centre of the town, but it's an easy 5-10 minute walk to get to the centre. The rooftop bar is a great place watch beautiful sunsets over the Bay of Naples

Very helpful and friendly staff, really classic feel to hotel, easily walkable to Sorrento centre.
Only slight negative is the restaurant, which has excellent food, but lacks a bit of atmosphere so didn’t seem that popular, needs some ambient music or something and too brightly lit.

Excellent breakfast and service at breakfast. Beautifully kept hotel. View from sides view room 203 was not nice as it looked at an ugly building and no privacy. Hotel staff moved us to 205 which was fine. Air conditioning in room was not efficient at all which affected quality of sleep. Room and bath amenities like tea, soap etc were not replenished regularly. Good location. Overall, a good experience but expected more at this price point.
