The staff are excellent. The location is excellent. 2 minute drive from the airport. However, the room service is limited and must be paid in cash. There are no ATMs around so you must bring cash with you. The shower heads spray everywhere so your bathroom will get wet. There were ants in the room. Good for a night but nothing longer.

Very clean and attractive, reception friendly, room not large but due to unusual shape felt larger. Charming lime cafe, good breakfast included. Very close to airport.

Bedroom was super warm, and airco only functioning when you're inside and you use your card key to turn it, and the electricity, on. So you have to boil for over an hour before it becomes to be an acceptable temperature. They only gave us one key which is always a challenge to get in and out the elevator/bedroom we you're two guests. It's located on a busy road, so ask for a bedroom on the back. Breakfast was fine, with all kind of Asian dishes but also the possibility to get eggs the way you like them, some toasts and pastries, and fresh fruits. Shower had no door and was pretty small. So it made it difficult not to soak the complete bathroom floor. It made the trick for one night coming back from a live aboard before to fly back to Jakarta.

I would never return to this property. Period.
First problem .. they were supposed to have transport at the airport. I messaged them stating all arrival details. At the airport we walked down the lines looking for our shuttle. on the second trip we were asked who we were looking for and a fellow spoke up that it was him. $ later and dropped in the boonies at the wrong hotel we realized we were scammed.
Second...When we finally arrived at the hotel we were told our rooms were not yet available. We later got one of our two "non-smoking superior twin double rooms" and waited for the second. After hours we went down and the desk agent had no idea we had booked 2 rooms. When they (now 2) finally recovered our booking they tried to give us a smoking room. When we declined we were forced to purchase a 2 single rooms at additional regular cost. When I questioned this they admitted it was their own error but ... too bad, pay for 3 rooms or take the smoking room. $$ out of my pocket!!!! CB (Chico, Ca)
