Hotel com excelente equipe de funcionários porém apresenta necessidade de uma reforma geral , não recomendo a pensão completa pois tem cardápio limitado e com péssima apresentação

Room full of cockroaches

Terrible! Not worth the money - avoid!

Once one of the best rated hotels in Sorocaba, I was shocked to find how poorly it has been kept. Staff isn’t trained, neither particularly friendly, decor looks like a hand me down from the Soviet Union, bedding and towels are old, stained and pillows smell. Old mini-fridge with nothing in it. Carpets full of massive stains - corridors look like previous murder scene from a horror movie. Room rate higher than other much better hotels in the city. Parking charged on top. To be fair, the only positive was the staff at the breakfast area who were sweet and friendly.
